At CoverLetter4U, we provide AI-powered services through a token-based system. This Refund Policy outlines how and when refunds are processed for token credit purchases. All payments are securely handled through Stripe.
By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept the terms described below.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under these conditions:
- Credit purchase made within the last 14 days
- Technical issues preventing credit usage that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Failure to deliver purchased credits
Non-Refundable Items
These situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Partial use of purchased credits
- Failure to receive job interview or offer
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output
- Free credits or trial usage
Processing Timeline
Our standard refund processing timeline:
- Approval: Within 3 business days of request
- Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days
- Bank transfers: 7–14 business days
Timing depends on your financial institution after we process the refund.
How to Request
Follow these steps to request a refund:

- Include your transaction ID and purchase date
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
Payment Information
Token Credit Usage
All purchases are for token credits that can be redeemed to generate bids. Once credits are partially used, refunds are not applicable. Refunds only apply to unused credits within 14 days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Please reach out to our support team to resolve payment issues.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Refund eligibility is based on the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
